Providing Everything You Need, except the Alcohol
(The State of PA does not allow for any mobile bars to supply the alcohol=Dry Bar Hire means we serve the alcohol that is provided by the customer)
Bartending Staff
-Events over 75 guests require at least 2 staff members.
- Up to 5 hours of service to comply with event venue insurance requirements.
-We carry RAMP Certifications & Liability Insurances in compliance with state and venue requirements.
-We bring in all bar tools for mixing and opening drinks as well as coolers for ice.
-We help you create your specialty cocktail menu.
-Calculate the amount of alcohol needed/ provide recommendations.
-Come early and set up / stay late and clean up.
-We do not just hide behind the bar.
-Clean around the property and throughout your reception area.
*** We are a BYOB company. We do not sell or purchase any alcohol for any reason. All alcohol is provided by the host for their private event.

- Consumables packages and include (ice-clear plastic cups-garnishes-straws- and beverage napkins)
- Mixer packages and typically include (a variety of coke products, juices, tonic & club, syrups, and any other necessary mixers for your cocktail/mocktail menu)

Hot Coffee/Tea Bar
- This station for a 2-hour service window.
- Airpots filled with hot coffee & water - seasonal cider option available.
- 2 hour hot beverage service.
- Decaf and Regular/ Assorted pure life tea bags.
- All creamer/sugars/ stir straws/cups and lids.-

Hydration Station
- The station for the entire length of event.
- Glass Beverage Dispensers filled with assortments of Water, Lemonade, and Iced Tea.
- All clear plastic cups, garnishes, and unlimited refills included.

We also offers bubble tea catering services behind the bar. We'll be more than happy to provide special and unique experience in your backyard (literally :)). Our experienced staff will provide you with a variety of high-quality teas and drinks.
